Brito Rodrigues is a renowned master chef of Indian cuisine. Born and raised in India, Brito has made a name for himself in this country over the past decade, as the leading innovator of the Indian culinary arts. Educated in his native Goa, India, Brito attended The Rosary College of Arts and Sciences then went on to receive an advanced degree from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology, and Applied Nutrition, doing much of his training within the Taj Hotel Group. After finishing with his schooling, Brito traveled the world perfecting his skills while working for five-star resorts and luxury cruise lines. With his highly creative approach to the Indian dining experience and his unique ability to accentuate flavor, spice, and aroma within a dish, Brito has established himself as a true genius in his field. Brito has worked all over the States, and is happy to find himself in Oxford, introducing to the amazing world of Indian cuisine to so many new people. |
